Village Buses – Coronavirus changes
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency, Nottsbus will be changing temporarily the way it delivers bus services connecting local villages to the main transport network. From Monday 6th April 2020, Nottsbus will be trialling a ‘demand responsive’ transport service in place of the normal timetable.
Anyone wishing to use a Nottsbus service is invited to call 0115 8044699 (Fleet Transport) between 10:00 -12:00 Monday to Friday to ‘book’ transport for the following day. Callers should be ready to provide the times they wish to travel on outbound and return journeys, in response to which Nottsbus will seek to provide a service along the normal route. These services will be for essential travel only, in line with current Government guidance.
