On Sunday we will be holding the second of two Harvest Services in the parish for 2021:

  • All Age Holy Communion, Harvest Festival – St Andrew’s, Langar – Sunday 3 October at 10.30 am

Because of Covid restrictions, we are not asking for donations of ‘fresh’ food this year, but items from the table below will be gratefully received and passed on to the Friary at West Bridgford. Donations can be left in church porches, taken to churches when open for private prayer or left in the rectory porch.

1-2 person tents
Non-perishable food
Men’s and Ladies Practical clothing & Footwear incl:
Joggers, leggings, jeans, hiking socks, T-shirts, shirts, blouses, jumpers, hoodies, fleeces, waterproofs, coats, jackets, belts, gloves, woollen hats, trainers, shoes, boots
NO LONGER IN NEED OF BEDDING
Do Need:
Small electrical items – microwaves, kettles, toasters, small TVs, radios, lamps
Towels, T- towels

Our financial Harvest Appeal will again this year be for Self Help Africa.
