Painting in Colston Bassett
PAINTING IN COLSTON BASSETT
EN PLEIN AIR
18th AUGUST 2024, 12-4pm
at Colston Bassett House
Already a painter or just starting, come and join a group who will be painting during the day and bring a picnic. At the end of the afternoon, we can share our work and smile!
Afterwards you are welcome to join us at St Mary’s Church for Picnic Tea and Praise at 4.00 pm.
All are welcome
Location base:
- Colston Bassett House, Church Gate, Colston Bassett NG12 3FD
Tea and bathrooms will be available
What to bring:
- Painting kit: Watercolour paints, brushes, paper, pot
(If you don’t have these, please let us know and we can provide them) - Some may bring acrylics, oils, charcoal, pencil, ink
- Easel or small table (or rest paper on board)
- Chair or stool
- Picnic
Objectives:
- Have fun painting and sharing in beautiful countryside
- Painting in the garden, farmland, village
