Good Friday Pilgrimage – 15 April 2022

All are invited to join us on the Good Friday Pilgrimage from Cropwell Bishop to Langar via Colston Bassett.

The pilgrimage begins with a short service at Saint Giles at 11.30 am, followed by the first leg of the walk to Colston Bassett. At Saint John the Divine, we break for a packed lunch and another short service at 1.00 pm before setting out for Langar. On arrival at Saint Andrew’s, walkers will be joined by additional worshippers for a solemn service at 2.30 pm commemorating the crucifixion of Christ.

The weather forecast is good, so we look forward to a good turnout for our first Good Friday Pilgrimage since 2019.
